Purchases are handled by Apple — restore them on a new device via Settings → Restore Purchases in the app.
Your data never leaves your device (or your private iCloud), so we can't recover it for you — keep iCloud backup on, or export a backup from Settings.

PlentyBook

Your first account is free; a one-time $4.99 unlock adds as many accounts as you want. Purchases are handled by Apple or Google — restore them from Settings in the app.
Your data is stored on your device. Back up or export it from Settings, and use that backup file to move everything between iPhone and Android.
